DEFRA – to consolidate the Producer Responsibility Packaging Waste Regulations 2016 -2007

DEFRA have launched a consultation to consolidate and simplify the Packaging Waste Regulations 2016 which has changed since its implementation in 1997 through to 2007. Views are welcome on simplicity and clarity.
