Extended Producer Responsibility, Packaging, EPR – Packaging Compliance 2023 /24

The UK Government has published plans to have an overhaul of the Packaging Compliance and Recycling System in the UK. The Consultation period comes to an end on the 4th of June and we have waded through the ‘000s of pages of Consultation and Impact Assessments, to create a high level summary podcast presentation of the proposed new EPR Packaging Compliance System.

This is now available to download and listen to at your convenience and gives you an overview of the main proposed changes, the phased timeline, costs, and actions to take to start to mitigate the significant costs currently being discussed.

As the impact of the new system will be significant either directly or indirectly on your business, we encourage you to share the presentation with your colleagues on the Executive Team within your Organisation.
